I have a custom auto body shop, I bought a 7hp, 80 gal Single Phase compressor from Matt Cain about five years ago. I bought it off of ebay, I was skeptical about buying one off of eBay, although I shopped around for about three months before i bought one. I called Matt and he answered all my questions before i bought it.
When I got it, just like everyone say's it was packed to be shipped to the moon. when it came time to wire it in, I had some questions, and Matt was there. I think i called him about four times and everytime, he answered my questions. He never made me feel like it was any trouble to call.
About two years ago, I had a motor issue, one day opened the shop and fired up the compressor and noting! it was dead, So i got my paperwork out, and called Matt. I thought okay i'm going to be speding a couple thousand dollars. We talked for a little while, and he remembered selling me the compressor.
The best part, was when he told me that they would ship me a new motor, at no cost to me.
I thought to myself, this guy is the real deal! I had kept my old Inger Ran compressor to use as spare air tank, we fired it up, and my body guys where not happy.
Well when the new motor came, there was an issue with the wiring of the motor. Once again Matt came through and fixed the issue.
After that, it doesn't miss a beat! It has been running for Five Years, everyday at least 8 hours a day. I figured that we have painted somewhere around 500 plus cars.
I change the oil in it every two months, i switched over to Royal Purple Syn Air Comperssor oil and NEVER have a water issue.
I have recommended these guys, to atleast four of my fellow shop owners.
Way to go Matt and someday i hope to shake your hand, you make a fine product and stand behind what you sell, not only in product but service!
