This company ROCKS!!! awesome customer service I had my 7.5 hp compressor for 2 1/2 years then the pump developed a problem keeping up with my sandblasting I called Steve and we agreed it was a bad intake valve so he sent me one had it in two days installed it but it did not fix the problem. I called Steve again and he without hesitation sent me a brand new pump and also allowed me to upgrade to the 10 hp v-4 pump had it in two days again! the level of customer service you get with Eaton compressor is unheard of from any company I have ever dealt with and much appreciated! A freind of mine just bought a 7.5 hp 80 gallon Eaton based on my recommendation from before I had the problem with mine and I will tell everyone else I know to buy Eaton and I will never buy anything else! thank you again Steve and Eaton compressor.
