All options listed above are installed - when you get your unit, just hook your power to the magnetic starter and you are ready to go. Unit carries a 1-year warranty (not pro-rated), businesses and farmers lease this now on a 2 or 3-year lease with good credit @ 9-10% interest--You must have excellent credit. Last dollar buys this package. The compressor is a 7.5 HP, 2-stage, 33 CFM displacement and 26 CFM free air @ 175 PSI-we will prove it with an air flow meter if you want the unit demonstrated, solid cast iron compressor (unit weighs 820 lbs. without shipping crate). (Pump weighs 325 lbs. - 100-125 lbs. larger than the competition). Pump-up time on a 80-gallon tank from 0-150 PSI is 4 minutes, 15 seconds at a SUPER low RPM of 600. This compressor is VERY low RPM - Only 600 pump RPM--one of the lowest RPM 7.5 hp compressors on the market--SUPER QUIET. This pump has rod bearing and wrist pin inserts and disk valves. Largest 7.5 HP motor on the market. This motor has a solid cast-iron frame and solid copper windings. Totally enclosed motor-dust and water proof. Great for body shops and in dusty conditions. Bare motor weight is 180 lbs. Unit has an 80-gallon ASME-approved air receiver. Unit has adjustable bolt tight belt tentioner. This feature is very nice when you want to tighten your belts on the compressor. You do not have to use pry bars or 2x4's to tighten your belts. This is VERY frustrating. With this feature, you just turn the bolt under the tightener and your belts tighten very easy. Very easy to maintenance your unit. It has 2 B/V belt drive and a 2 groove B drive cast iron motor drive pulley. Centrifugal unloader unloads the compressor when the unit stops so when the unit restarts, it does not start under load. These inter and after coolers precool the air from the first stage to the second stage. The LARGE oil-level sight glass gauge is nice for maintaining your oil level by just looking at the sight glass to maintain proper oil level. A 3/4" ball valve air outlet is used for turning tank air on and off. Ball valve crankcase drain for easy oil draining. This feature is nice when draining air receiver. The ball valve is plumbed out the front for easy maintenance in draining the tank. Unit has dual control and continuous run feature. This is a nice feature. It is hard on a 7.5 HP single-phase motor starting and stopping it a lot. It is hard on your electric bill and hard on your magnetic starter contactor switch. This unit you can turn on the unloader valve and it will run continuous run. It will load and unload the compressor without the unit shutting off. When you don't need continuos run, just simply turn it off and you can run it automatic start/stop. Buyer beware...there is a lot of fraud in the market of air compressors. Things to watch out for: fast pump RPM--low RPM is better, compressor companies are giving you "starting" HP instead of "running" HP, which means NOTHING when purchasing a compressor. Also, on a 2-stage compressor, a premium 208/220 volt, 32 running amps motor is 1750 RPM. We recommend a 45 or 50 amp circuit breaker. It has much higher starting and running torque than a 3450 RPM motor and is a much larger motor. Compressor pumps that are claiming cast iron and they are really not. When shopping take a magnet with you. If it doesn't stick, it is not cast iron. Watch out for reed valves. They are a cheap valve system. Our valves are a disk valve design which is the highest valve design on the market and has been proven in compressors for many years. Our rods have a rod-bearing insert which makes this pump 100% rebuildable. 95% of compressors on the market have no bearing inserts. They are throw-away.
