We have a combined experience of 150 Years in building QUALITY air compressors and have been in business for 31 years.  This has a 2-year FULL warranty from Eaton Compressor and this warranty is NOT a limited warranty or pro-rated warranty.  NOT a 30-day or 90-day warranty but a 5-YEAR FULL WARRANTY – parts and labor.  The advantage of buying from our company is that we know air compressors. This unit is our 4-Gallon Tank, Oil-Lubricated, not Oil-Free Contractor model.  Oil driven compressors will last many hours longer and run much quieter than the oil-free compressors.  This unit is built with the lowest center of gravity that we sell.  It will not turn over in your truck when transporting it because the compressor sits very low to the ground.  This unit is lower than any model because the compressor sits within inches of being on the ground and this unit has a very tough roll cage and a heavy skid plate underneath the unit to protect your tank and other components.  This unit is very handy for roofing jobs, many other commercial, or home jobs you have around the house or business – will run air caulking guns, ¼”, 3/8” and ½” impacts, and many other tools that are in the CFM range of this unit.  Don’t let the competition kid you…this unit will not run big sanders such as DA’s or air grinders.  They take too much CFM and will not handle that high of CFM air flow.  If you want a TOUGH, FAST Pumping machine, WITH A FULL 2-YEAR WARRANTY (the BEST warranty in the business), then this is the best unit on the market at hundreds under our competition for a unit of this quality.

This unit’s shipping weight is about 75 lbs.  It has a CFM Displacement of 7.5 CFM and a Free Air of 6.5 CFM @ 40 PSI and 5.5 CFM @ 90 PSI.  This has a maximum pressure of 115 PSI and has a kick-on pressure of 95 PSI. This unit is equipped with a regulator to adjust your pressure for your nail guns, spray guns, and other jobs.  This regulator has 2 quick disconnects coming off the regulator for 2 different tools.  It has a direct pressure gauge.  This will tell your tank pressure and the regulator gauge will tell you your regulated, adjustable pressure -- from 125 PSI to 1 PSI.  This pump is higher quality than most because of the valve design-feather valves-NOT reed valves.  It has an all cast-iron cylinder, not a sleeve.  This is much better because you do not get cylinder distortion when running the compressor under higher duty cycles.  It has an oil site glass to check your oil level when using it.  It also does not need a start-up kit.  It comes filled with oil - - READY TO RUN!  This unit is mounted to a steel frame and has a steel handle with a rubber grip so it is comfortable when carrying this unit.  This unit has 4 rubber isolation rubber pads hooked to it.  This unit has a solid-steel air filter with an automotive replacement filter in it.  This filter is very durable and will not break off like the cheap plastic filters.  This unit is 115V, Single Phase, 14 running amp draw.  This unit has a 2.5 PEAK HP.  Do not buy “Peak” HP.  Peak HP is a start-up HP that is a high number when the unit starts for a period of about 1 second.  A single phase motor has starter windings and running windings.  Under start-up, this unit has a capacitor that stores electricity up to 580 Volts and releases it into the start windings.  This surge of electricity in rushes into the motor and gives it a quick kick to get it started.  There are companies giving you this quick kick HP when it lasts for about 1 second.  So, you are thinking “BIG” HP and getting a 1.5 Running HP.  Just remember on 110V, it takes about 9-11 amps per HP to make a HP.  This unit has a 14 amp rating on 110V which is about 1.5 Running HP.  The tank on this unit has a drain cock to drain the condensated water from your tanks.  This unit comes in the color BLUE.
